Most quotes cover only the sea or air leg. The steps that decide whether your goods actually arrive - the import entry, the duty, the storage, the labelling - are left for you to arrange in a country where you may not have a broker or a warehouse of your own. That is the part we cover.
Customs clearance, sorted before the vessel sails
Clearance problems rarely begin at the port. They begin with a document that was prepared wrongly six weeks earlier. We review the paperwork before the container is loaded, so the entry can be filed on arrival instead of after a delay.
